  • 1/2 lb. Salmon Fresh or Frozen, If canned skip the step 1
  • 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

STEP: 2

  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 3 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Clove Garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Dill
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Yellow Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Stalk Celery diced
  • 1 Cup Red Onion diced
  • 1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Raw Honey
  • 5 oz Cream Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Let's prepare the following ingredients: Salmon, apple cider vinegar, turmeric powder, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, garlic, dried dill, ground yellow mustard, ground black pepper, salt, diced celery , diced onion, extra virgin olive oil, raw honey, cream cheese.
  • Take fish apply apply cider vinegar and steam it on medium heat for 8 minutes. If canned skip the step 1.
    In a bowl add the following ingredients turmeric powder, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, garlic, dried dill, ground yellow mustard, ground black pepper, salt, diced celery , diced onion, extra virgin olive oil, raw honey, cream cheese and Add step 1 steamed salmon or canned salmon.
  • Mix it until its combined,
  • Serve immediately with choice of whole grain bread or crackers.
